Zero Cost for Professionals and Free Reliance for Trustees
Accountants are never charged to issue 708-Certificates. Registered accountants may also issue for existing clients through the professional workspace. On renewal, accountants receive a remuneration payment of A$20.00 per certificate issued — paid by the platform, not the investor.
Trustees and AFSL RE/RM managers are never charged to review certificates. Certificate validation and reliance checks remain free for Responsible Entities, Responsible Managers, and authorised reviewers at all times.
Pricing note: All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (10%) where GST applies. Renewal fee (A$79.00 inc. GST) is charged to the investor on renewal at the two-year mark. Accountant remuneration (A$20.00 per renewal) is paid by the platform to the certifying accountant — not charged to the investor. Enterprise pricing is quoted exclusive of implementation costs and GST; a formal proposal is required.
Pricing questions answered.
The most common questions about cost, renewals, and how the commercial model works.
Yes. There is no cost to the investor for their first certificate and no card is required to begin. The platform absorbs the cost of the first certificate as a customer acquisition investment.
The renewal fee of A$79.00 (inc. GST) applies when an investor renews their certificate — typically at the two-year mark when the original certificate expires. The renewal is triggered by the investor through their dashboard. No renewal fee is charged until the investor chooses to renew.
The first certificate is funded by the platform to reduce friction for first-time certification. The renewal fee is the primary revenue mechanism. The repository depth — the accumulating record of certified investors — is the strategic asset, and the renewal base is what makes the platform commercially sustainable.
No. Accountants are never charged to review or certify through 708C. On renewal, accountants receive an A$20 remuneration payment per certificate issued, paid by the platform.
No. Public certificate validation is and will remain free. Authenticated verifier workspace access is available on request — contact us to discuss.
The Enterprise tier is for AFSL groups, trustee businesses, fund managers, private wealth groups, and platforms that need embedded workflows, white-label options, team access, and bulk certificate management. Pricing is by negotiation and formal proposal. Contact us to begin a conversation.
No setup fee for Foundation (investor) or Professional Accountant Desk. Enterprise implementations may include an implementation cost — this is disclosed in the formal proposal.
Your certificate record remains in the platform vault and continues to be publicly validatable for its stated validity period. There is no lock-in, no cancellation fee, and no obligation to renew.
