How 708C treats first certificates, renewal payments, failed payments, and certificate issue events.
Last updated: July 2026. This policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The first 708C certificate pathway is free to begin. No card is required at application entry and no application fee is charged before the accountant review process starts.
Renewal fees are charged only when a certificate is renewed through the platform. The standard renewal fee displayed on the platform is A$79.00 inclusive of GST where GST applies, unless a different fee is displayed at the time of renewal.
The renewal service is treated as delivered when the renewed certificate has been issued, stored in the vault, and made available for validation. Once that occurs, renewal fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
If a payment fails, the certificate renewal will not proceed until payment is completed. If a duplicate payment is identified, contact support with the payment reference and certificate serial so the issue can be reviewed.
708C operates the workflow, evidence storage, certificate issue, validation, and renewal record. The accountant remains responsible for the certification opinion. A refund is not available merely because a certifying accountant declines a request, asks for further information, or requires updated evidence.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
For refund or duplicate-payment enquiries, contact our support team and include the applicant name, certificate serial if issued, and payment reference if available.
