708C — Controlled workflow

How 708C works

From request to renewal, 708C creates one controlled path across investor, accountant, certificate, validation, and continuity.

708C workflow across investor accountant and validation users
Workflow

One request. One accountant decision. One validation-ready record.

The workflow is deliberately simple on the front end and controlled behind the scenes: submit, review, issue, store, validate, and renew.

1. Investor request

The investor completes the guided intake, selects the entity pathway, nominates the accountant, and uploads supporting records into the private vault.

2. Accountant decision

The accountant receives a secure review link, reviews the file, and records approve, decline, or request more information.

3. Certificate validation

On approval, the platform issues the serialised certificate, stores it, and makes live status validation available to relying parties.

StageControlled outcome
ApplicationStructured intake replaces uncontrolled document-chasing and repeated email requests.
ReviewThe accountant retains professional judgement and records the certification decision inside the audit trail.
IssueThe certificate is serialised, stored, and linked to a current validation record.
RenewalThe investor renews from an existing record rather than starting again from a stale file.
